The Pärnu Catchment has three areas that have been identified for restoration; Lavassaare, Kõrsa, and the Kikepera forest.

It is an example of a landscape-scale restoration opportunity that ties various wetlands habitats, from bogs to river meadows, into a hydrologically connected landscape.
